Back to the bike.  We built this thing up with killer parts but trying to keep it under $6000 for a custom build.  We got it down to $4299 and that is pretty damn great for a bike this pimp’n.

• Captive hardware – the custom nuts stay in place so there’s less fiddling with nuts and bolts once the guide is on the bike
• Pivoting upper guide – the upper guide snaps onto the upper bolt and pivots to make chain removal and installation an easier operation. The upper slider is a single bolt design and features a riveted upper slider that rotates up and out easily to clean the drive train, change chain rings, or chain removal.
• Adjustable – One guide for them all. The new guides have a Narrow(N), Regular(R), and Wide(W) option to accommodate whatever bike you might have.
• Clean markings – the guide has preset points on the upper and lower roller to help aid in easing installation.
• Available in a 32-36t version or 36t-40t.
• Wider back plate at 5mm to increase stiffness
• Bash guard sits closer to the drive train for better protection.
• Honeycombed to save weight and increase stiffness
• The bash guard is 13 millimeters thick and tapers in both directions forward / backward.
• Smaller form factor than the previous LG1
• Machined back plate to increase stiffness and save weight
• The bash guard and the LG1+ back plate are designed to work together. The bash guard has pockets inside it that the back plate fits inside of. This gives the guide some additional stiffness, security, and absorbing capabilities.
• The lower roller cage is one molded piece for additional stiffness and has some cutouts to help in sheding mud / water. The new tech3 idler pulley installs inside and is designed to be more durable in the long run without any additional noise compared to the tech2 idler.

As many of you fixie tricksters or “trick track” riders know the 26” SE Racing landing gear fork is a great fork for barspins, keo spins or any other kind of spins you do that might break your stock fork. For a while now the Maxxis Wet Scream DH tire has been a very, very, very hard to get tire. Available only in Europe for the last couple years and recently imported to the US at crazy high prices. Maxxis has released a batch of these tires to the US.
